8:30 - 9:00 AM

Welcome & Spice Garden Tour

Arrive at our home, enjoy a welcome drink of Ceylon tea, and take a guided walk through our organic spice garden.

9:00 - 9:30 AM

Spice Preparation

Learn to identify, grind, and prepare spice blends using a traditional stone mortar and pestle.

9:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Hands-on Cooking

The main event! Cook 10+ dishes including curries, hoppers, string hoppers, rice, sambol, and desserts.

12:00 - 1:00 PM

Communal Dining

Enjoy the feast you prepared, served on banana leaves. Share stories and receive your recipe cards.
